We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2023, at the age of 88, Margaret Benton Thomas of Hardeeville, South Carolina, born in Pritchardville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Asberry Benton and Lilla Cooler Benton; her husband Roy Thomas Jr.; her children, Landy Thomas and Brenda Deloach; and her siblings, Rudy Benton, Billy Benton, Idell Cooler, Madeline Self and Patricia Benton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Douglas (Dan) and Ann Marie Roberts (Dean); her grandchildren, Holly, Daniel, David, Andy, Kevin and Jessica; and her siblings, Tommy Benton (Connie), Arthur Cooler and Dora Sauls. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in her honor to Maye River Baptist Church, 3507 Okatie Highway, Bluffton SC 29909.
