He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline McDonald and William James McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Louise McDonald; his children, Lofton Norris McDonald, Jr., Lovelle Norine McDonald and Heather Melissa McDonald; his siblings, William Foster McDonald and Laura Chapman; his son-in-law Mark Collins; and his stepson James Fann. He is also survived by his nephew, nieces, cousins, and friends.
