He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Silverio (Colin) of North Branford and Katelyn Crooker (Tim Morales) of Manchester, NH.; his siblings, Ken Crooker of Southington, Craig Crooker of Meriden, Phyllis Snow of New Britain and Carol Crooker of Henderson, NV.; and his father-in-law Chester Kozak of Wethersfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
