He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew C. Werts and Gussie Youngue Werts; his siblings, Marion Clyde Werts and Lena Legan; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Leagan and Richard Trapp.
He is survived by: his sister Rebecca Werts Trapp of Little Mountain. He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
