She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Hawkinson; her parents, Leroy Mitchell and Gussie Hooker Mitchell Duckworth; her siblings, Raif Carl Mitchell and Joyce Mitchell Gibson; her niece Hope Gibson; and her stepfather Joe K. Duckworth.
She is survived by: her children, Donna, David Derrick, Earl and Wanda Craig; her grandchildren, LeAnna and Brian Palluch; her great grandchild Ryleigh Palluch; her sister Ruth "Sweetie" Johnson (Rod); and her sister-in-law Dot Mitchell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
