It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paul Melvin Rugg of Hanahan, South Carolina, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 29, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Frederick Rugg and Elizabeth Mary Callahan; and his sister Susan Whipple. He is survived by: his children, Debb Warren (Lonnie), Kristine Alexander (Doug) and Jeffrey Rugg (Andrea); his grandchildren, Matthew, Zachary, Quinn Alexander, Elizabeth, Anna Warren, Jack and Claire Rugg; and his brother Donald Rugg. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
