He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Evers and Agnes Tyssen Evers of Chicago, Illinois.; his brother Phillip Evers (Carol); and his brother-in-law William Van Eck. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Evers; his sons, Randal, Bruce (Barbara), Mark and Scott; his grandchildren, Chris Evers (Haley), Terri Matthews Nathan (Scott), Heidi Cox London (Jonathan) and Tisha Cox; his great grandchildren, Victoria, Amari, Riley, Reagan, Everly and Haxton; and his siblings, Eunice Vos (Clarance), Louise Spoolstra, Phyllis DiVenere (Vince), Ruth Van Eck and Gilbert Evers (Joanne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
