He is survived by: his wife Donna Lea Vaughn Harrell; his daughters, Amber Nichole Harrell (Chris Rosselot) and Erica Harrell Boltin (Russ); his brother Darren Harrell; his grandchildren, Blakely Nash Boltin, Parker Lea Boltin and Cayson James Rosselot; his cousin Barbara Ann Dougherty (Dick); and his mother-in-law Barbara Wallace Smith. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family.
