He was predeceased by: his grandmother Julie Colvin; and his great-grandparent John "Red" Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Shannon Colvin Welty of Hanahan and Kevin Charles Welty of Summerville; his siblings, Joshua Clay Welty (Amanda) of Goose Creek, Charles John Armstrong, IV of Goose Creek, Tanner Jacob Armstrong of Goose Creek, Caroline Welty of Summerville and Kayla Welty of Summerville; his aunt Amanda Lynn Colvin (David) of Hanahan; and his grandparents, William John Colvin (Brenda) of Hanahan, Karen D. DuBose (Vernon), Charleston, Charles Welty and Ann Welty of Summerville. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
