She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. "Forrest" Boyles and Ella Darien Boyles; and her husband Charles Henry Gooding. She is survived by: her sisters, Josie Wilcox of Hampton, Estelle Kelly of Laurens and Janie Brown of Lodge; her nephew Charles Wesley Parker; and her niece Gracie Wilcox.
