He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walker DeLoach and Winnie Roberts DeLoach; his wife Ruth O'Quinn DeLoach; and his siblings, Col. J. W. DeLoach, Bob DeLoach, Jane DeLoach Baxley, Elizabeth "Zan" DeLoach Bradley, Winnie Maude DeLoach Walters and Grace DeLoach.
He is survived by: his children, Thom, Pam DeLoach of Stone Mountain, Georgia, Wes DeLoach of Aiken and Donna Gohagan of Aiken; his brother Don DeLoach (Grace); and his grandchildren, Andy, Justin, Matthew DeLoach, Jake, Ginny and Sarah Gohagan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
