She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Varn, Sr. and Alexina Sauls Varn; and her spouse Jesse Franklin Cummings, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Varn Cummings (Rita) of Varnville and Frank Cummings, III of Columbia; and her grandchildren, Laura Balgari, Christina Cummings, Courtney Bridwell and Jess Cummings, IV.
