He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Maxwell Brunson Sr. and Louise B. Disher; and his siblings, George, Frank, Marion Brunson, Mary "Sis" Jarriel and Myrna "Toots" Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Williams Brunson; his sons, Robert Keith Brunson (Julie) of Tucson, AZ and Arnold K. Harper (Tammy); his grandchildren, Jessie (Vivanna), Anna, Kenna, Mike, Joshua (Lauren), Chelsea (Joe), Brenden, Jason (Allyson), Travis (Jessica), Kaitlyn and Carter; and his great grandchildren, Bella, Autumn, Jaxson, Ember, Sawyer, Lorelai and Alexander.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Saint Nicholas Lutheran Church via P.O. Box 68, Fairfax SC 29827.
