He is survived by: his wife Janet "Jan" Kirkwood Cook of Estill; his sons, Sean Cook of Canton and Travis Cook (Heather) of Estill; his siblings, Harrison Cook (JoAnn) of Shubuta, MS, Doug Cook, Sr. (Bonnie) of Ridgeland, Gene Cook (Angie) of Hampton and Linda C. Smith of Grays; and his grandchildren, Preston and Kadence Cook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
