She was predeceased by: her husband Michael D. "Mike" Barton; and her parents, W. Harper Brown and Sally Burdashaw Brown. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Marie C. Bobo (Dale) of Hodges, Barbara Farrow of Atlanta, GA and Lewis Chambers of Hodges; and also Christine Danner. She is also survived by nine step-grandchildren; thirteen step-great grandchildren; and three step-great-great grandchildren.
