We bid farewell to Helouise DeLoach of Hampton, South Carolina, born in Nixville, South Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 2, 2024 at the age of 101. Helouise touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband William Mike DeLoach; her parents, John Franklin Wooten and Lettie Jean Hadwin Wooten; her daughters, Betty Louise DeLoach and Louise Smith DeLoach; and her children-in-law, Sonja DeLoach and Robert David Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Smith of Hampton and Milton DeLoach of Hampton; and her brother Dean Wooten of Georgia. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Helouise's name to First Christian Church of Hampton, 400 Holly Street West, Hampton, South Carolina, 29924.
