He is survived by: his wife Mary Butler Campbell of Myrtle Beach, SC; his children, Allison Monroe (Ken) of Midlothian, VA, Elizabeth Sommerfeld (Larry) of Atlanta, GA and Michael Campbell (Jessica) of Leesburg, VA; his grandchildren, Kenny, Mary Allison Monroe, Quinn, Alice Campbell, Daniel Hampton, Charlotte Glen and Sarah Elizabeth Sommerfeld; his friend Martha Corley of Myrtle Beach, SC.; his siblings, Bruce Campbell (Bev) of Monroe, VA and Joan Steele of Arden, NC.; and his grandchild Pops.
