He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cook and Daisy Sullivan Cook. He is survived by: his children, Troy Cook of Denmark and Cynthia Ray Cook of Moselle; his sister Faye Bouknight of Columbia; his grandson Conrad Ehrhardt of Moselle; his wife Marvis Jean Droze Cook; and his siblings, Nell Gates, Urell Stone, Trudy Dobson, Daisy Mae Cook, Henry Cook and Daniel Cook.
