He was predeceased by: his parents, William James "Bill" Parker and Mae Reeves Parker; his wife Emily Yvonne Ayer Parker; his sister Edith Vincent; and his granddaughter Nadia Lane Parker Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Harold D. "Chuck" Parker, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Nixville, Bill Parker (Tabitha) of Hampton and Greta Parker of Hampton; his sister Jane Raben of Ellijay, Georgia; his grandchildren, Justin Parker (Sydney), Brianna Parker, Hallie Collins and Hayden Collins; and his close friend Susan Allen of Hampton.
Memorial donations may be made to Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home, 300 Mulberry Street West, Hampton, SC 29924 to assist the family with funeral expenses.
