He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Jarrell and Dora Jarrell; and his siblings, Charles Jarrell, Maybelle Smith and Rachael Hatcher.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Williams Jarrell; his sons, Doug Jarrell (Wendy) of Nixville, Lockwood and Emerson Jarrell; his brothers, Dave Jarrell of Nixville, Edgar Jarrell (Lynn) of Nixville and Jerry Jarrell (Frances) of Estill; and also Brittany. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
