Madura (Ricky) of Hampton, Jessica Cook (Jamie) of Hampton, Shannon Shaffer and Gina Brooke Shaffer of Hampton; his brother Ricky Shaffer of Greer; his grandchildren, Caroline Grace Cook, Karlie Kinard, Ashton Madura, Hunter Cook, Ashlynn Madura, Owen Shaffer, Lily Bowers, Rylee Ginn, Austin Ginn and Wesley Ginn; his nephews, Nat, Zachary and Joshua Shaffer; his father-in-law Laverne Williams of Hampton; and his pet Whitey.
