He was predeceased by: his father Willie June Cummings; and his brother Mitchell Raymond Cummings. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Joyce Moore Cummings of Hamer; his siblings, Sharon Ann Cummings of Hamer, Willie Ray Cummings of Hamer, Emily Lou Fox of Pickerington and Janet Gail Locklear of Pembroke, NC; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Jude, Shawn Cummings, Shannon Cummings, Andrea Smith and Amanda Watts.
