He was predeceased by: his parents, Lide T. Moody and Neva Wiggins Moody; his sisters, Helen Moody Price and Lillian Moody; and his brother-in-law J. C. McCormick.
He is survived by: his children, Leigh Moody Dotson (Greg) of Latta, Leslie Moody Kline of Lexington, SC and Matthew Lide Moody (Sarah Jane) of Hamer; his grandchildren, Lauren Katherine Lee, Julianna Lee, Jacob Dixon Lee, Katelyn Grace Kline, Samantha Jane Moody and Amelia Mae Moody; and his siblings, Betty Moody McCormick of Rowland, NC and Harold Moody (Mickie) of Hamer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
