He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl S. Utsey and Lillie Mae W. Utsey; his sister Ann Utsey McClure; his daughter Janet DuBois (Richard) of Summerville; his granddaughters, Michele Sanderson (Michael) and Krista DuBois; his sister Sandra Utsey Strickland (Larry) of Grover; and his nieces, Cindy Soard (Barry) and Sandi Evans (Terry) of Walterboro.
