It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Cartee of Grover, South Carolina, born in Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on May 8, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Cartee and Jean Westmoreland Cartee; and his brothers, Donnie, Gary and Ronnie Cartee.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Hamrick Cartee; his children, Carl Cartee (Heather) of Franklin, TN, Kelly Bedwell of Clarksville, TN and Karen Cartee of Stanly, NM; and his siblings, Danny Cartee (Sandra) of Shelby and Connie Jones (Donnie) of Gaffney. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
