He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Hucks; his children, Phillip M Hucks Jr. (Carol), Kimberly English (David) and Melanie Butler (Jeff); his siblings, Jimmy Hucks, Jerry Hucks and Edna Douglas; and his grandchildren, Ashley Sullivan (Evan), Whitney Hucks (Brad), Morgan Caldwell (Josh), Ethan English (Kathryn), Megan Borden (Jamel), Matthew Hughes (Victoria), Jordan Hughes (Eydi), Benji Butler (Baylee) and Blane Butler. He is also survived by one great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
