He is survived by: his wife Sherry Williams Effler; his children, Terri Headley and Tim Effler (Dana); his grandsons, Ryan Headley (Carrie) and Justin Headley (Casey); and his great grandchildren, Philip, Austin, Alizabeth and Eli.
