He is survived by: his wife Mamie Lou Christopher Barton; his children, W. R. "Bobby" Barton, Jr. (Nini) and Cindy Godfrey (Shane); his siblings, Tom Barton (Gail), David Barton and Grace Harrell (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Brittany Damani (Sonny), Lauren McGaha (Tim), Shelby Barton, Luke Barton, Pam Minkler, Chris Minkler (Caroloyn) and Sheena Simpson (David).
