He is survived by: his wife Celeste Jewel Stansell Moon; his children, William Perry Moon, Jr. of South Carolina, Mark Anthony Moon of South Carolina, Anthony Lee Moon of South Carolina and Astra Lyn Moon Melson (Chris) of Fresno, California; and his siblings, Eugene Jarrell of Georgia, James Jarrell of Georgia, Edward Jarrell of Georgia, Kenneth Jarrell of Georgia, Peggy Mignault (Gary) of Travelers Rest, Mary Helen Garcia of Arkansas and Cathy Harvell (Charles) of Georgia.
