He was predeceased by: his father Bobby W. Duncan; and his grandparents, Thomas "Abe" Abercrombie, Christine Abercrombie, Rev. Cecil Duncan and Vera Duncan.

He is survived by: his mother Janice K. Duncan; his wife Cecelia Anne Duncan; his sons, Timothy W. Duncan Jr. (Tracie) and Christian Tyler Duncan (Destiney); his brothers, Steven Todd Duncan (Heidi) and Christopher Michael Duncan (Angie); and his grandchildren, Sadie and Aiden. He is also survived by five nephews, three nieces, three great nieces, and five great nephews.
