He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Clayton and Pauline Angel Johnson; his wife Candace Kimbrell Johnson; his son Stephen Lamar Johnson, Jr. of Milwaukee, WI; his stepson Vance Bridges (Terry) of Spartanburg; his brother Tommy Johnson (Debi) of Jacksonville, AL; his grandsons, Ethan Johnson of Knoxville, TN and Zeke Johnson of Jacksonville, AL; his stepgranddaughters, Shelby Bridges and Amber Maddox; his niece Emi Burton; his nephew Ben Johnson; and his sister Dianne Johnson. He was also cherished by three great-grandchildren.
