He is survived by: his wife Trudy Moody Blackwell; his children, Amy Massimo (Dan) of Duncan, Kristy Dobbins of Lyman and Stephen Wade Blackwell (Anissa) of Lyman; his sisters, Diane Wofford of Greer, Elaine Cope of Inman and Mary Burris of Charlotte; and his grandchildren, Josh Daniel, Morgan Daniel, Elizabeth Greene, Luke Underwood, Lawson Underwood, Ava Underwood, Austin Dobbins, Brianna Dobbins, Zachary Dobbins, Aiden Henderson and Benjamin Blackwell. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
