She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Ray Payne; her siblings, Steve Miller, Jr. and Vicki Hardy; and her grandson Joey Alexander. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah M. Gosnell (David) of Greenville, Rhonda J. Hammond (Matt) of Greer and Tina Carr (Brian) of Taylors; her grandchildren, Ann Jackson, Ashley Hammond, Adriane Hammond, Mac Wingo and David Wingo; and her great grandchildren, Trey Alexander, Cameron Woodruff, Jasmine Woodruff, Braylan Dill, Aurie Dill and Adalyn Brown. She is also survived by four great great-grandchildren.
