He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Megan Abercrombie Howard; his children, Lylah Rose Howard and Colt Andrew Howard of Piedmont, SC; his brothers, Shawn Heath Howard of Piedmont, SC and Randy Chance Burton (Sabina) of Duncan, SC; and also Michael McMillan of Lyman, SC..

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Edward Jones for Shane and Megan's children.
