He was predeceased by: his daughter Heather Lynn Miller; and his brother Michael Dale Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Donna Kaye Cooper Lowery; his siblings-in-law, Keith Hayes (Cathy), Brett Cooper (Lisa) and Donna Tolliver (Tracy); his niece Kim Tolliver Hames; and his pet Costa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
