She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert William and Vera Forrester Turner; and her siblings, Bud Turner, Evelyn Turner Atkins and Louise Turner Spearman.
She is survived by: her children, William Archie Howell III (Gayle) of Greer, Pamela Howell Hausladen (Ed) of Greer, Rhonda Ross Glaesner (Mike) of Mt. Pleasant and Regina Ross Johnson (Scott) of Taylors; her sisters, Mildred Stokes, Ruth Turner Smith, Alice Turner Batson and Judy Cannon (Marvin); and her grandchildren, Ashley Bowers (Shane), Alyson Bond (Justin), Angela Angus (Paul), Cameron Glaesner (Magen), Austin Balliew, Logan Balliew, Maggie Black, Will Howell, Anna Howell, Scott T. Johnson (Jenny) and Brandi Riccetelli (Matt). She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
