She was predeceased by: her parents, Benno Schum and Matilda Morenz Schum; her husband Alfred Filiberto; her daughter Lynda Lockhart; her stepdaughter Cathy Armstrong; her siblings, Francis, Carl, Harold, Lillian, Leona, Leonard, Lucille and Jeanette; and her former husband Thurman Gaasch.
She is survived by: her son Michael A. Gaasch (Melissa); her stepchildren, Paul Filiberto (Dru) and Susan Lynch (Brian); her grandchildren, Caleb Gaasch (Greta), Sarah Gaasch, Denver Gaasch (Brittany) and Michael E. Gaasch; her great grandchildren, Sabrina Gates, Burke Gates, Morgan Gates, Landon Gaasch, Brighton Gaasch, Marie Carlise, Rebecca Turnage, Sandy Lockhart, Myesha Lockhart, Mavrick Turnage and Oakleigh Turnage; her sister-in-law Barbara Filiberto; her sisters, Loretta Mayer and Loreena Niehaus; and her close friends, Bella, Minnie, Misty and Max. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
