He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Oscar and Annis Shealy. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Thomas Shealy; his children, David Shealy of Chapin and Dana Shealy-Newell of Anderson; and his siblings, Francis Shealy of Chapin and Mary Joyce Shealy of Chapin. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
