It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roberta Lee Cathell of Greer, South Carolina, born in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Roy and Ruth Irene Stine Stermer. She is survived by: her husband David Frank Cathell; her children, Amy Elizabeth Cathell of Charlotte and Scott David Cathell (Amy) of York, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Brian David Cathell and Ann Elizabeth Cathell; her siblings, Frederick Albert Stermer (Carol) of York, Larry John Stermer (Dotty) of Spring Grove, Pennsylvania and Kay Elizabeth Hoffman (Jim) of York, Pennsylvania; and her aunt Theda V. Arnold of Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
