He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Lyon Tucker and Mary Lea Tucker; and his siblings, Barbara Janes and Robert L. Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Renee Saul (Robin) and Christina Thompson (Keith); his grandchildren, Josh Welch (Annie), Courtney Pierce and Julia Pierce; and his great grandchildren, Brantley Pierce, Myers and Finley Welch.
Because of Richard's love for animals, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the SPCA of Greenville - Humane Society of Greenville.
