It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ralph Dalton Forrester (Greer, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on December 17, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandson Jamey Alderman; and his siblings, Edith Seay, Ina Kemp, Cecil Forrester and Quain Forrester.

He is survived by: his wife Willodean Mills Forrester; his children, Dean Forrester (Molly), Kevin Forrester (Pam) and Rhonda Alderman (Max) of Statesboro, GA; and his sisters, Effie Stewart, Floy Sloan and Ruth Ellen Clayton of Campobello.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Purple Heart Homes, P.O. Box 5535, Statesville, NC 28687.
