Patterson, Jr. (Kim) of Taylors and Brian C. Patterson (Cindi) of Taylors; his siblings, Roger H. Patterson, Jr. (Kathy) of Taylors, Joe R. Patterson, Sr. (Faye) of Greenville and Thelma Leigh Atkins (Steve) of Lyman; his brother-in-law Jack R. Miller of Travelers Rest; and his grandchildren, Meghan Aho (Hunter), Kara Patterson, Preston Patterson III, Bryson Patterson and Wyatt Patterson.
