Lazar (Greer, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Lazar and Nellie Owensby Weaver; his son David Lazar; and his sisters, Dorothy Sheridan and Ruth Stokes.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Lewis Lazar; his sons, Jeff Lazar (Donna) of Wellford and Brian Lazar of Wellford; his sister Angie Willis of Liberty; and his grandchildren, Cameron (Stephanie), Megan, Joey (Jessica), Heather (Daniel) and Chad. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
