He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry and Joan Roche Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Annette Stella Onaczynski Dixon; his children, Christopher James Dixon (Lauren) of Charleston and Shannon Childress (Jonathan) of Greenville; his stepchildren, Christopher Mimms (Alex) of Costa Mesa, California and Elizabeth Hutcherson (Ryan) of Hampstead; and his brother James Dixon (Trisha) of Tampa, Florida. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
