We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Paul E. Kelly (Greer, South Carolina), born in Spartanburg, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee Kelly and Pearlie Pearson Kelly Matthews; and his sister Shirley Eleanor Kelly Sturkie. He is survived by: his wife Sara Moss Welch Kelly; his sons, Darryl Kelly (Jean) of Inman, Dale Kelly (Sara) of Easley and Devery Kelly (Karen) of Duncan; and his stepson Jeff Welch (Donna) of Reidville. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
