It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nettie P. Baughcome (Greer, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on August 16, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Nettie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Charlton L. "Buddy" Baughcome; her parents, John Thomas and Ellen Earline Dobson Parker; and her brother John P. "Jake" Parker. She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Quinn (Billy) of Greer and Susanne Brace (Trent) of Pickens; her sister Betty P. Burdette of Greenville; and her grandchildren, Parker Brace, Christin Kettwich (Hayden) and Makaylin Quinn.
