He was predeceased by: his father Talmadge "Ted" Eugene Jones; and his brother Timothy D. "Tim" Jones. He is survived by: his mother Edith "Polly" Crisson Jones; his children, Shawn P. Jones of Plantersville, Mississippi and Jada Tower of Spartanburg; his siblings, Gregory A. "Greg" Jones (Lei) of Moses Lake, Washington and Rebecca J. "Becky" Cullen (Jerry) of Campobello; and his granddaughter Sadie.
