We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2022, at the age of 75, Marvin Ooten (Greer, South Carolina), born in Delbarton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel L. Hunt and Matilda Ooten Ferrell; and his sister Joann Ooten. He is survived by: his wife Jane Porter Crumpton Ooten; his son Charlie Crumpton (Jessica) of Easley; his siblings, Litha Jean Perry of West Virginia and Tommy Dean Ferrell of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Amanda, Greyson, Isabella and Ayden Crumpton; and his stepfather Tommy Ferrell.
