He was predeceased by: his parent Phroney Davidson; his grandson Lucas Cluver; his close friends, Dr. Stan Rampey and Dr. Les Landau; and his cocker spaniel Max.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Davidson of Oak Harbor, WA, Hope Leslie (Douglas) of Greer, SC, Anna Silecch (Tony) of Greer, SC and Halle Davidson of Greer, SC; his granddaughters, Fiona and Mallory Leslie of Greer, SC; his brothers, Tim Davidson (Carol) of Siler City, NC, Phil Davidson (Nancy) of Seneca, SC, Tom Davidson (Yvonne) of Charlotte, NC and Dan Davidson (Kimberly) of Versailles, KY; his close friends, Jim Pierson and Kedar Hodges; and his pets, Macie, Rose, Butch, Hook, Pluto, Wren and Bandit.
