It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Gail Kennedy of Greer, South Carolina, who passed away on January 11, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Margaret Gail may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Lester Mason, Jr. and Margaret Robbins Mason Lecky; and her brother-in-law Garrett Spencer. She is survived by: her husband Christopher S. Kennedy; her sister Sharon Spencer of Spartanburg; her nephew Michael Spencer (Aimee) of Winter Park, FL; her great-niece Ava Grace Spencer; and her stepmother-in-law Joan Kennedy of Georgia.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Oakland Cemetery College.
